Life is Beautiful

Goodmorning,

I finished another layout yesterday with the beautiful Blue Fern Studios Serendipity and Seasidecottage papers.

I also used a martha stewart silk stencil for the background which i painted with Prima Marketing Art Alchemy paint opal magic violet gold to stand it out a little bit.

The chipboard swirls, anchors and wheels are from Doe-a-ding, it's a craftstore in Spijkenisse

The flowers are also bought there and are from Wild Orchid Crafts

The embossing powders are from WOW

The title 'life is beautiful' is from Dusty attic.

Announcing the 2017 Blue Fern Studios Design Team

Wow, we were so impressed by the applications we received for our design team call!  

We looked carefully at each application, visited blogs and online galleries, and were so amazed

 by the artistic work of each one of you who applied.  Thank you for sharing your talent with us.

Making the announcement is exciting, but we know that we must also disappoint many of you, 

and that makes it difficult for us.  More than anything, we wish we could add 

each and every one of you to our team.  Thanks to all of you 

for taking the time to submit your application.

Blue Fern studios November Challenge 'Happy'

Goodmorning!

I created another layout this week for the Blue Fern Studios November Challenge,

The challenge was all up to yourself, the only thing you must really use was a Title.

I chose the word Happy, because this picture makes me happy,

and i see the little twinkles in her eyes here!

Just love it!

I used the sanctuary papers, i love this background paper.

And here are some close ups:

I also used the quatrefoil panel for the background, i embossed it with wow embossing powder

I also used al lot of embellishments( the metal accents, frame,the little winter balls,  cabuchon and flowers) from Scrapunlimited, just love there products.

On the title 'Happy' i used mica powder and on the frame inka gold

Prima Marketing Rossibelle Altered letters

Hello!

Hope you have a good weekend?

Mine started creative already, i made altered letters for my sweet daughters bedroom.

She really loves them, and i do too ;-)

I painted the chipboard letters with white gesso, and used the rossibelle collection from Prima Marketing.

Then i inked the edges with chalk ink.

And used a lot of embellishments from this collection.

I also used scrapiniec chipboard and left it the way it was, that matched the papers perfectly.

Blue Fern Studios layout delightful

Hi Everybody,

I'm going to try to make it to the Blue Fern Studios Design Team for 2017,

This features the dejavu collection, i love the pretty colors which matched this photo perfectly.

Hello again!

I guess i'm in a flow now because i finished another layout this morning.

It featured the gorgeous Vintage Summer papers from Maja Design.

I used the prima marketing floral stencil with moddeling paste for the background,and used colorbloom sprays and Shimmerz spritz for the background color.

I also added prima marketing flowers and chipboard, Blue Fern Chipboard with lindy's stamp gang embossing powder, lace, kaisercraft collectables Cottage Rose, 7 dots papers word stickers and a lot of other embellishments.

The picture is of our daughter on the swing, for the first time she could do it all by herself!
